Step 1 : Login to your facebook account. Now go to http://app.rssgraffiti.com
Step 2 : Now click on 'Add New Publishing Plan' as shown above.
Step 3 : Write a name of your wish and then click on'Create Publishing Plan'.
Step 4 : Click on 'New Source' as shown below.
Step 5 : Now you will have to enter the RSS feed url of your blog and then fill some more details on the page shown to you.
