In this method, I will show you how to add contact form in static pages. Just follow these steps.
1. Go to http://www.foxyform.com/
2. Now fill the required field which you want to show in your contact form.Mark required field if you want that field to be submitted compulsory for the users.
3. Now enter your Email on which you wants to receive messages. Click on 'Create Formular' to get the code.
4. Now copy the code given to you.
5. Now go to your bloggers dashboard and make a new page. Name it as 'Contact Me'. Edit the page in HTML mode and paste that code in that page.
6. Publish this page and add this page in your blog.
