Elements Which Cannot be Restored
You can restore the two main parts of a blog ,i.e, template and content. But, there are some small elements which cannot be restored.
These are listed below:
- Custom Permalink - Permalink is the URL of the post. It creates automatically when a post is created but you have option to make it on your own. When you create permalink by yourself then this will not be restored.
- Pages - Stand alone pages cannot be restored. It is better to make a copy at the time of creating a page.
- Meta Description - Meta description given to specific post will be lost. You should make a copy of meta descriptions in a tabular form so it will be easy to restore it again.
